Very disappointed with this factoring company. The document approval process takes way too long, causing delays in getting paid. They constantly nitpick and ask for unnecessary documents that don’t even apply to your business situation. For example, I own a trucking company in Louisiana, and they tried to require me to add one of my employees as an owner on paperwork when he is NOT an owner of my company. He is only listed as a manager with the Louisiana Secretary of State in case I’m unavailable. That should not affect funding or require extra verification the way they made it seem. The constant back-and-forth, delays, and unnecessary requirements make the process stressful and unprofessional. If you need fast, reliable factoring, I would look elsewhere. I also left a review before about six or seven months ago, and they begged me to take it down. I'm not taking it down this time.

I’ve worked with these people for about 3 months and it’s been the worse experience I’ve ever had, they took money out my account and refuse to give it back don’t let these people trick you and watch out for Nikki and Leslie they can’t be trusted at all

2.5% lured us right into the worst factoring company on the planet, beware of these unprofessional crooks, they cap you off at a certain amount that you can process with each individual broker. Refusing to give the 90-day chargeback rule a chance. You will go out of business because once they cap you, you then have unfactored invoices just sitting there!!My factoring manager is Karma Hatch… She seems to be very forgetful takes her all day to process a wire when she can remember. Read your contract the Early Termination Fee is 82,000 THEREFORE YOU ARE TRAPPED FOR A FULL YEAR!!!!!!! RUN!!!!!

Phoenix Capital put a lien on my company and I don’t even factor with them. Me and my father have the same name and he does factor with them but I do not. We have spoken with representatives from Phoenix Capital and explained that we are 2 different people with 2 different companies and they are refusing to take the lien off of my company and this has been going on for about 2 weeks now.

Really unprofessional company, we had problems with them from the very begining. I strongly recommend evrybody to stay away from them.

Very bad service from start to finish! Horrible UI, slow on responses and not doing anything right! Do yourself a favor and use ANY other factoring company!

I dont understand how they can call themselves a factoring company. They dont even have an option to upload a batch of invoices on the portal. You have to send it by email. Beware the contract, as they basically dont do much collections, you will end up doing it yourself. Even though you tell them not to renew the contract, they will renew it so make sure you have a good lawyer if you even consider them. Dont be fooled, there is a very valid reason why their fee is low.
