Wow I cannot get over all the positive comments I have tried this on 2 MP4 files now the last one took around 22 hours to upscale and both view exactly the same the only difference is the 32 min video is now 5.12 gb in size. Am I doing something wrong 😕
Response from Nero AI Video UpscalerAug 1, 2025
We're sorry about what you have experienced. AI upscaler algorithms require 10-100x more calculations than traditional upscaling generally. The extended processing time and file size increase you've observed could be influenced by several factors, including but not limited to: 1. Hardware Configuration: Your system's GPU, CPU, and available RAM play crucial roles in processing efficiency 2. Model Selection 3. Quality Settings Please contact us directly at [email protected] for this issue. The hardware information of your PC and a small clip of your sample video are also appreciated. Have a nice day.
