Very easy and simple to use. The sign up process was smooth and I was able to start surveys immediately. I like how they reward you for completing different parts of your profile!

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT!! I HAVE BEEN ON THIS WEBSITE AND DID FREAKING SURVEYS AND WAS DOING GOOD AT FIRST AND THEN ALL THE SUDDEN IT JUST STOPPED AND WHEN I CLICK ON THE SURVEY LIKE A 300 POINT SURVEY OR 200 SOMETHING POINTS SURVEY IT TAKES ME TO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEN IT DOESN'T EVEN GIVE ME ANYTHING IT TAKES ME BACK TO THE HOMEPAGE AND THEN IT GIVES ME FIVE POINTS WHAT KIND OF HORSE CRAP IS THAT AND YOU SEND AN EMAIL TO THEM AND THEY DON'T EVEN ANSWER YOU SO HOW SOMEBODY SUPPOSED TO GET 2,500 POINTS IF THEY KEEP GETTING KICKED OUT OF TWO AND 300 POINTS SURVEYS OR IT'LL TAKE YOU SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEN YOU CAN'T EVEN DO THE SURVEY AND IT TAKES YOU BACK TO THE HOME PAGE AND GIVES YOU FIVE POINTS THAT'S BULL CRAP!!😡😡😡😡

Update: Payswell responded to my review here and have now sorted the problem. I understand they are a fairly new company and are somewhat short staffed. I had to change my password and then logged in successfully, I even completed a survey! For my trouble the company awarded me 1000 points. Much appreciated.

Payswell has been a good survey site for me I have had no problem with it since I strated and I have cashed out 3 or 4 times however for the last 2 weeks I have not gotten any surveys and I can usually cash out once a week because there is always high paying surveys on their site but the last 2 weeks there hasn't been any but on my boyfriend's account he gets them all dayong so hopefully tomorrow that changes

When trying to verify my identity i get an error message saying it is not allowed to add more points

Started off well, managed to cash my first £25, though number of surveys diminished very quickly. Then started to complete surveys but not return to payswell screen and not be awarded points. Sent an email query as advised by the chat bot, now my account has been suspended for violating rules, though no idea what I’m supposed to have done wrong! Have sent several emails to customer support with no response. Also tried to contact via Facebook page with no reply there either. Currently have about £15 in my balance that I can’t access and starting to think I have been scammed given lack of replies from customer service. Pretty upset given how much time I’ve spent filling in surveys. Was clearly too good to be true!
