I have been purchasing glasses from Payne Glasses for 7 years. I had tried Zenni originally, but when I needed to add prisms to correct my double vision I had to search for a company that would accommodate my extreme prescription. Payne fit the bill. I really liked their frame selection as well and continued to purchase my glasses through them. As time passed my prescription became progressively complicated and after my most recent prescription was given to me by a specialist, he strongly recommended against using an online company, but since I had been so satisfied with Payne, I decided I would at least try. But this time I did have a problem and had to contact customer service. And the rep offered to meet me in person to measure. To me it was so far beyond the type of customer service I typically get from online ordering, I was flabbergasted. Due to the complicated prescription they had to be remade twice, but the final result was far better than I expected. I highly recommend this company not only for the selection, reasonable prices, and quality, but this excellent customer service puts this company over the top.

Great choices & easy ordering

A few months ago I took a chance and ordered my first pair from the Internet. To my surprise, they are perfect! They were a fraction of the cost from an optometrist's office. I paid $50 instead of $950. I love my glasses. So I ordered an additional pair. I'm looking forward to getting those. I'll have a fully rimmed and a rimless pair to switch back and forth. Because Payne Glasses got the RX right so I went with them again. I also ordered a pair from a different online company. However, I think they got the RX wrong.

I have ordered from this site many times, I have never been disappointed! Great styles and you simply can beat the prices. This has made wearing glasses so much more fun!! I highly recommended.
