The procedure from my placing the order online to putting them on my face was absolutely amazing. I ordered glasses with Rx on 9/17/2025 and on 9/18/2025 Customer Service notified me of my address having an issue. Autofill messed it up, but I was able to get it sorted on 9/19/2025. The agent was so nice and really cared about this issue. I then was notified 9/22/2025 my order was complete. Today, 9/24/2025 FedEx delivered the product. The amazing packaging kept them from any damage in transit and frankly, that will be the glass case for this pair. These are really beautiful, fit perfectly, weight nothing and the visions seem to be correct. Thank you and I will be back next Spring. you have my permission to use this review as you wish.
