Customer Service at Payne Glasses is excellent. I recently ordered three pairs of progressive glasses: one clear and two sunglasses. They manufactured one pair first and sent them for me to try before making the rest of the order. The frames on the first pair were much too big for me, and did not fit my face. I was able to call and speak to a real human being who quickly helped me choose frames that fit better. The updated order was manufactured quickly and I only had to pay for return shipping - a very minimal fee for the privilege of getting a new pair of glasses. All three pairs together cost less than one pair of progressives from an optician.

Your website is very easy to use, and you have a lot of frame choices that made it very easy to pick from. You also had some very good sales on the frames and lenses.
