Took Awhile To Navigate The Web Site - But One Call answered My Question

I ordered from you because i have had a good experience in the pass. Unlike my pass, I wasted at least 20 minutes trying to add selected frames to the to the cart or how to start the process.

I have purchased many glasses here, they're affordable, adorable, and unique. So stoked for them! The new updated website is difficult to maneuver. Looking for glasses only showed all out of stock, the color options didn't list all colors, when searching it's always been hard and time consuming. I rabbit hole because I know there's good stuff here but I wish it wasn't such a long process. I'm not interested in retired or out of stock items and I wish they wouldn't show. Other than that, the glasses themselves are nothing but amazing and gives me the wide variety of colors to match my accessories

I thought that the experience was good. There are a lot of of different styles. And comparatively the price is better than other offers. Hopefully I will get them sooner than later. The only thing that I thought that could be improved is being able to try on the difference, all the different styles that you offer.

Everything is fine. I had a problem with the ordering as the part of the screen that you look at was partially blocked by your ads.

The general process was pretty easy. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star was that once I had selected everything, it did not show all the details I had selected. I would have liked an overview of every detail before ordering.
