I love the frames I get every time! The prescription is always spot on. So that is 5🌟’s all day. My problem is always with the gradient lens tint. I HAVE to have that but EVERY time it is WAY too dark and there is nothing gradient about them. It’s always the entire lens and VERY dark…so, I basically get a new pair of sunglasses 😎 and am still wearing my old tinted glasses for indoors. I have wasted too much money and made too many attempts to try again and have to try somewhere else. 🤷🏼‍♀️😔

I like my glasses sort of. My first pair I bought I love this pair they’re just too small for my face and they feel very flimsy. Now I wish I could’ve tried them on in a store front. Because I don’t think I’ll ever wear them because of being too small.

The price was great. Love both pair of my glasses, but with returns it's to much back and forth via email. I bought my glasses in February I'm just now getting them corrected and returned because all the "ONE AT A TIME" questions. When a customer needs to return the glasses an initial email to your company is needed, but your customer service should reach out via phone to ask all the necessary questions.

My glasses were sent back and redone as the bifocal lenses were in the wrong spot. It's still not great, I have to tilt them on my face to have a clear look, but I just don't want to deal with it again.

Update: Customer service finally agreed to exchange glasses. I just received the remade pair and they are perfect. I'm updating to 3 stars. ************************************* I just ordered my 10th pair of glasses from this company. When I tried them on I could tell right away that they made them with the wrong prescription. I contacted the company by email asking if I could have the lenses remade. Then they proceeded to give me the run around. 1st they won't a picture of me wearing the glasses and a copy of my prescription. So I send it. Then they want a picture of me holding the ruler that comes with each order so they can get my pd measurement. So then they tell me that my pd measurement is different and to download an app to measure it. So I responded saying that all the other glasses I ordered from them are fine. So now this pair all of a sudden I have new measurements. This has been going on for 3 days. I got tired of the back and forth and told them that they lost me as a customer. No one responded back after that. So customer service does not care if they lose someone who purchased 10 pairs of glasses. I will admit they do have quality glasses for great prices. But once something goes wrong, in my opinion, they will not help you and won't admit that they made a mistake.

First of all I didn't get it right when filling out my prescription. I entered minus when I should have entered plus. So I had to send them back for correction. At that time I sent my prescription from my optometrist. Got the second pair of glasses and they are better but not perfect. Progressive lenses take a bit of getting used to. I struggle at time to see what I'm looking at. Maybe Payne should require you to send your prescription when you initially start the ordering process.

Dear Sir, I recently ordered a pair of bifocal framed glasses from you. Tho satisfied with the lens, the frames are too big for my liking. I believe I received a mans frame and since my husband has ordered from you in the past that may have been the problem. Am I able to exchange them for the appropriate size? Waiting to hear from you. Got my glasses. Payne very cooperative & nice. Can’t seem to wear them. May be faulty prescription.
