Disappointed that I was unable to use two different payment methods. I had to change my order. I wanted to use the balance of my flex benefit card and then pay the rest with my credit card. Since I was unable to do that I had to settle for a second choice.

I’ve made 5-6 seamless orders with Payne so far. The last one, I paid $13.90 for a sunglasses upgrade to non-prescription lenses and the glasses came untreated, just plain lenses. I raised the issue and they basically blamed me for ordering them without a prescription, and said I could return for store credit or a 50% refund. I chose the store credit as it felt bad to pay for their mistake, but then they made me use it right away rather than save for the next time I need glasses. Since I no longer trusted that ordering non-prescription sunglasses actually worked, I had to pay more to get my usual prescription. Payne, refunding a measly $13.90 for your mistake would have made this a 5-star review with no question I’d be coming back next time. Now that is definitely in question, I may consider Zenni or another provider next time. I *do* however like the replacement glasses I got. I just felt like the customer service was so bad, which usually doesn’t matter when things go well, but it’s really grating on me. Just do better at owning your mistakes. I felt blamed as a customer for pointing out that I didn’t get what I paid for. Extremely bad vibes.

My blue Arizona eyewear came with left lens missing screw, so lens popped out! I've ordered from Payne for years and never had a problem. I have two broken bones left wrist or I'd try to put a screw in, if I had one. I knew Payne were always an outstanding customer care company. They will send a screw or repair my frame. Thanks for caring about your customers.😁

I loved the glasses but even though they’re the same rx I got from the eye Dr, they gave me a massive headache every time I wear them.

I dont like that I have to try and bend the nose pads in and out, up and down. Not comfortable, you should include tool for this adjustment
