I did not receive the 40% off as stated on web site for the BYGO 40% accessories when placing my order. The site stated no coupon was needed. This was very upsetting.

slow ,slow ,slow waiting still for confirmation of sending the glasses , this is the 5th time i've bought and every time since the first has been progressively worse. they're cheap but the quality of the lenses has gone down too. this probably will be my last order

Poor fit, misleading due to lack of clarity. PG failed to indicate that the glasses I selected were "low bridge fit." Despite having done my research and matched the dimensions of the glasses I selected to my existing glasses, they do not fit my face due to the low bridge fit. PG refused to offer a refund because I opted not to pay for their additional warranty. I should not have needed a warranty because I did my research. I spoke with a CS rep who argued that low bridge fit works for most people; false. Low bridge fit is less universally compatible in the U.S., but it's the better choice for a significant minority of Americans, depending on their unique facial structure.
