this is the best online place, I ordered from them for my son for football sports googles. I just ordered from them again for sunglasses and glasses for driving needs. I spent 45 minutes in frustration on Zenni and couldnt navigate Zenni app. my husband said honey, what don’t you try the place we got our son football glasses . I said oh yeah, let’s try payne glasses. I am happy to say with the help of their virtual optician , I was able to get everything I needed with the assistance I needed . It was effortless and you should advertise more that you are way better than Zenni!!

I had no need to order new glasses from you for 3 years because my prescription didn't change over those years and the 2 pairs of glasses I ordered from you in 2022 lasted. Then the nose pads came off one pair, I lost the other pair, and I was in need of a new pair of glasses anyway because of a prescription change. I was afraid I had forgotten how to order, but your clear instructions helped me out. You didn't have bots that constantly interrupted my search like some other sites and you have a nice selection of affordable titanium frames (which I love). I didn't like having to order $89 worth to get free shipping and I didn't like being surprised by the warranty fee after I clicked on Order, but other than that, a great experience. I can't wait to get what I ordered.

Have owned a pair of Payne sunglasses for the past 4 years. Really the best sunglasses I have owned. The ordering process is very easy, you really just have to select the glasses you want and fill in your prescription info. This is the third pair I have purchased, I had recent cataract surgery and my prescription has changed. I would highly recommend.
