Return received by Payne but no exchange code sent after 4 days . Means I will not have replacement in time for travel . Disappointed

I am having a difficult time focusing. I an unable to drive. They are best used as readers!

The glasses for my husband were not correct. The prescription is off a little compared to his normal glades which are new.

I received 2 pair of glasses with 2 different prescriptions . One pair did not work. Myhusband could not see out of them. I contacted customer service, I am at the point where i asked for a mailing label or directions to send them back i want the money back so i can order a differnt pair but am unable to get a response. If the glasses are good you are fine but if not then good luck getting anywhere you just lost your money i guess,

Glasses were to strong

First time ordering from Payne, after several years of ordering online from Eye Buy Direct, which has been great but has limited frames for extra-small faces. I regret purchasing from Payne, as the quality of the glasses I received is extremely poor - very fragile, thin acetate which bends easily and feels like a cheap dollar-store pair of reading glasses. The prescription lenses are fine - progressive lenses - but the frames are entirely too flimsy. Their return policy is one of the worst in the business, offering only 50% refund unless you purchase an additional warranty - something other companies do not require.
