The ordering process was fairly easy. I liked the Try On option when picking out glasses. The cost of glasses are good even including progressive lens with a prism. The new glasses were processed and shipped much more quickly than promised. I ordered 2 more pairs of glasses immediately upon receiving my first pair.

Let me start off by saying Luxottica is running a monopoly on Eyewear. I work hard for my money and it pains me to have to pay $400+ for a single frame prescription eyewear. Along comes this company that was started in Pennsylvania in the good Ol' U.S.A. Since starting a business relationship with them I have purchased 5 pairs of prescription eyewear. I did it because I could and I paid less than $400 for all 5 pairs. My prescription consists of bi-focals. Payne gave me that plus a no line progressive style. I could get sunglasses and even ordered one with a polarized mirror finish (Just for driving in the summer). They don't have little luxury brand logos on their frames but they give you a good product at a great price. I am looking forward to seeing them initiate a "Ship in your frame for updated lenses" program and that will definitely take them over the top. If you need a pair of eyeglasses at an affordable price check Payne Glasses out and you will not be disappointed. They don't accept insurance but if they keep on growing they may at one point allow insurance.

Two years ago I paid close to $800. for two pair of progressives. My Rx changed and I didn’t want to shell out that kind of money so soon. I bought two pair of progressives with poly lenses and they arrived within two weeks and EVERYTHING was spot on! I love the glasses and will buy more. Oh BTW, the two pair cost me $105. with PG. FOR BOTH PAIR! Yes, I’m shouting this out because it is really a good product and company, Glasses fit great with no adjustments needed. Came with a nice hard case and a thick cleaning cloth. What more could I ask for? Wonderful! Can’t wait for the next sale to appear. Also, PG has a points program where you earn credit and can apply the credit on any future order. I can’t say enough good things about PG. Thanks PG!

Started researching online glasses after being quoted $600 for 2 pairs of glasses from a Big eyeglass store. After buying my first pair from PG for $75 I went ahead and bought another pair. Saved me a lot of $ and the timeline from start to finish was comparable if not faster than the retail store. I was sent update emails of the process as well as follow up emails with quick response time when I asked questions. PG glasses is my new "go to" Eyewear provider. Thanks
