Very good service, great communication, fast shipping and follow up, when courier lost package. Quality of the glass frames is good, fit as described, unbeatable price. Very happy with the product.

I love my frames, Adele cat eye, in black floral. What is even better than the look of the frame is the clarity in which I see. I will only use Payne for my prescription glasses because my prescription is a little difficult, but Payne gets it right. Other eyewear places I’ve tried get it close but when you’re talking about your vision, close is just not good enough.

Everone was great but the frames I picked were suggested to me...I needed a smaller frame...They are HUGE..and I cannot wear them I would love to RETURN them !!

I found Payne Glasses while searching for some affordable glasses. I had never purchased glasses online before and I was worried they wouldn’t be as good as glasses I had bought from the optometrist store. I was encouraged by the offering of the risk free warranty. I was anxious about trusting an online eyeglass seller to do as good or better than in person optometrist stores. That warranty really sealed the deal for as I knew I would have that added assurance I could exchange the glasses or at least get some kind of credit if they didn’t turn out right. Through my own mistake, I couldn’t see well with them when they arrived. I reached out to their wonderful customer service and they were able to troubleshoot my problem. I had entered the prescription incorrectly. They sent me a new shipping label to return them so they could be adjusted to the correct prescription. I received the corrected pair faster than the original pair. I have to say these are THE BEST glasses I’ve ever had in my life. And they cost me 1/4 of what I would have paid at the optometrist. Before Payne Glasses, I was paying up to $400 for glasses because my eyes are so bad. I adore these glasses and look forward to buying more as backups.
