I had a very positive experience with my glasses being sent out and delivered sooner than they had announced. The are a great fit and I have already ordered two pair.

Have always purchased my progressive glasses & sunglasses from Optometric offices @ costs of $500+ Why? Because I couldn’t believe an on-line service could provide glasses w/ the visual quality I was looking for in the mid, near & far fields. Wanted to purchase “fun”, inexpensive glasses to go w/ my updated haircut & look. Decided to try Payne. 1st pair of glasses were received promptly & visually were very good. Was pleasantly surprised & began to question my need to pay 4 times as much for glasses. Several months later, I needed $550 to replace prescription lens in my existing sunglass frame.I couldn’t afford it. Decided to try Payne again. Again, not disappointed & thrilled. For the price, both pairs of glasses are working well. Sure…I don’t get personalized service in terms of having someone adjust the glasses to fit better & have to do that myself, but….its an easy trade-off to swallow. THANKS Payne. Learned a lot thru my experience with you!

Bought my second pair of Payne Glasses. The product is excellent, the process was seamless and the price is outstanding.

The price is better than anywhere I have found. They always arrive packaged so very well and the RX is always correct. I will continue to order my glasses from here. Highly Recommend.

I was surprised! The turnaround time was a week ordered to delivered, even after getting the standard delivery. The measurement of the prescription that I got was accurate including the color changing. I havent tried returning even if I got the full warranty since its my first time to.

I believe that Payne did a great job at trying to fit me with glasses. Picking out frames was kind of fun using their try it on technology. Unfortunately they were unable to make lenses that worked for my very ++++ prescription. Not that they didn't try. I did purchase the full warranty that allowed for a full refund minus the cost of the warranty. After 2 tries we were unsuccessful and very easily I sent back the glasses (sadly including the frames) and Customer Service (Sarah) made the return and refund very easy. Would highly recommend Payne for those with reasonably uncomplicated Prescriptions that are less than +/- 9 total diaopters especially if you don't require a bifocal lense. All in all a good experience and would have saved significant $$$ if successful. Give it a try!

Zenni and EyeBuyDirect do NOT have Transitions Signature 8 lenses offered at all, which is shocking because I thought the Sig 7s were discontinued. Apparently the cheap online companies are still offering the 7s. Not Payne! Payne offers the new Signature 8s AND the Xtractive lenses. As of this date, summer 2022, they do not offer Xtractive Polarized, but none of the other online companies do either. EyeBuyDirect is close. They offer signature 7s and Xtractives but not the 8s. Whereas Zenni has the most comprehensive selection of frames, they ONLY carry the 7s. I bought two pair from them with the 7s, but I'm done until they offer the newer transitions. Regarding Payne? I had an order, just last week and didn't realize they ordered a higher grade progressive lens. They let me change it midstream. Good company! Thank you PG!
