The glasses are great. Excellent quality lenses and frames and a very reasonable price.

The 1st. pair of glasses were done so well, I ordered a second pair right away. There were frames that were reasonably priced, in the colors I wanted. They came within a week. Just an all around great experience. The ordering process is so easy with the guideline questionare, you can't go wrong!

Glasses were perfect, were carefully packed and shipping was fast. Best prices for glasses online, I used to use Zenni but now I only use Payne.

Very happy with my Payne glasses I have probably bought 10 pairs I used to pay 7 to $800 for a pair of glasses. The most I have paid with Payne is probably 50. Some I only paid $30 for. If you haven't tried them yet you should. In this day and age we need to save money where we can

I had ordered in the past from payne glasses and was perfectly happy. The prices are great, very comparable to Zenni. But, this time around was what really sealed the deal! First of all, there was a pair of glasses that have been out of stock forever, I searched all of the internet for ones that would kind of be similar, but was not happy. I emailed Payne Glasses, and they said they actually did have some in stock after checking, and showed me how to get them by buying another pair of glasses and doing an exchange sku. Then, I somehow messed some stuff up, putting the wrong prescription on the wrong glasses and not getting any prescription on one pair of glasses, and I panicked and got a hold of customer service and they fixed everything perfectly...no questions, no extra charge... so they were amazing. My order came in quickly and I love them! I recently had an experience with another company where I could barely communicate with them, but the communication here was incredible and so was how quickly they got back to me. They took care of me completely I'm so happy!

I've bought glasses 2 separate times and both times the glasses arrived in a timely manner and definitely worth what I paid for them.

I ordered premium progressive glasses. The quality is amazing. The frames are lightweight and very comfortable. So much so I forget I'm wearing them. The premium progressive lenses have such smooth transitions and the area that isn't corrected is so small that again I forget I'm wearing them. The price was great for such a great pair of glasses. I will definitely be ordering again. This is actually my 8th pair of progressives from Payne. They were all very nicely made glasses. Bifocals and progressives. The premium progressives are worth the additional price.
