I finally had to break down and get bifocals. I went to a local place my daughter works at for exam & got a quote on frames and lenses. $750 was on the low end! 😳 I had been wanting to try out Pair Eyewear but looked at some other places as well. I studied frames, tried on several & ultimately ended up giving Payne a try. I didn't get a bunch of fancy stuff, and could have went cheaper but there are a few things I didn't want to skimp on. It only ended up being $125 & some change for 2 pairs. I mean, that's not THAT much.. and I figured if they didn't work PG would make it right. It did take some time for them to get through the lab & get shipped, but again .. $125! And they were well worth the wait. I got sunnies with single vision, strictly for driving. I've ALWAYS struggled with driving facing the sun. W@W what a difference! And my bifocals are AMAZING! I always have a little adjustment time with new glasses, I'm assuming because of my astigmatisms.. but honestly it was maybe 3 days total and again.. my first bifocals. I'm super pleased with my purchase & plan to order from them again in the future. Please don't change a thing! Except maybe if they could get to me a little faster 😉 but still worth waiting a bit for.

I absolutely love this company! Payne glasses is so much better than any other eyeglasses company out there. Their customer service is outstanding! The glasses you order are packed so professionally. Their prices are unbelievably low. And they sell a great product! I've had my prescription sunglasses almost 2 years and they're in great condition! The pair I just ordered is so cute on me and they fit perfectly! Being able to see well is such an important thing and Payne Glasses goes out of their way to make sure that you get exactly what you order quickly without paying a whole lot to see and look stylish doing it!! I will never buy glasses from anybody else. FIVE STARS and A LOT OF GRATITUDE!!!

I had a problem with my lenses, due to my own error in ordering. I hadn’t paid for the additional warranty because I had never had any problems with the glasses I’d ordered previously. (I’ve been ordering from Payne for several years already.) I contact Customer Service and they made a one-time exception for me. I received full credit and ordered a replacement pair that were perfect. I received them today. I’m very happy with Payne Glasses and have recommended them to all my friends!
