This is the third pair of glasses I have ordered from Payne Glasses and each time the experience was professional and lens quality excellent. I had to return one pair although that was a prescription problem on my end the return went smoothly, every customer inquiry I had was handled efficiently. Such a grand surprise as customer service seems a thing of the past in many companies these day. My only complaint would be the frame choices in my size seem limited. Otherwise Payne Glasses will be my go to company for eyeglasses.
