It took quite a while to get the glasses when I paid for expedited delivery!

Everything ok. Just that when they shipped the order you cancelled it because you claimed the address was undeliverable and that was not true. However I called and you epress shipped them again. So the response was fast and good.

Two of the glasses weren’t true to size. One is the wrong rx the other two are good though.

The ordering process was easy and fast. When I had to return my first pair the customer service was great!

It is sometimes difficult to find what you want with all the choices. Additional filters would help when choosing frames.

My order arrived quickly, was accurate and exceeded my expectations!

overall a good experience! dont like th blublocker aspect. however that was on me , i ordered it. Payne does what they advertise.. good prices, easy service. Got what i ordered in a timely manner, did not like that all the frames in each catagory look the same.

Good product at a good price. Did have a problem with my sunglasses but it was corrected quickly. I would buy from them again
