I received just what i ordered. everything arrived on time.

While Payne did an exceptional job with their selection, pricing and delivery, the satisfaction rating is my fault because the frames were just too large for my face and didn’t look attractive on my face. I would be willing to order from Payne again if I could find cute colorful frames in a more petite style and size.

I think more should be done to guide customers in choosing frames that fit size wise. This step is crucial and should come first. Once the necessary frame size is established, we should be shown only styles with frames large enough. Mine are acceptable, but still not as wide as they should be.

Second time ordering. Glasses are very affordable and of good Quality. My lenses are perfect. Only thing I was not happy with was the color of the frames. They did not match the color shown on the site.

Love all 3 pair u ordered waiting on my sons pair and another pair of sunglasses they have so many styles to choose from plus the prices r amazing I definitely recommend.

I ordered my 1st pair of glasses online and the process was easy. The shipping was great it's kinda of hard to determine the fit though. They dug into my head a little. I didn't get the full refund feature and I was so excited that I didn't read the instructions to not take off the measurement tape that come on the lenses. On the upside. My prescription was perfect.

First of all i want to thank you for not charging me extra for redoing my glasses, my mistake i wrote down the wrong numbers + and - . i find your prices were very reasonable and you had a lots of different colors that i like! thanks !

Received order in a timely manner. Glasses fit fine but the nose guards are uncomfortable. It was the same on the first glasses I ordered from them but I got used to it though they still make my nose sore and I have to move them a little up or down.
