My husband and I love the glasses we got. He's still trying to adjust to his. But he's ok. I had to send mine back because of a prescription change. Then back again because my eyes are still not adjusting to the glasses. I will find out if anything else is wrong with my eyes and order again. I absolutely loved the green glasses! They were perfect. The customer service person I was dealing with was knowledgeable, nice and caring.

I had a problem with the original pair sent. I contacted and worked with the customer service depart which took several days of back n forth emails to clarify the fit and vision. Once that was worked out I sent the original pair back and within the week I received the replacement pair and they fit great.

Problem with out of stock frames combined with Payne having no idea when they would come back into stock. Control of inventory is important. Please note that date of experience box is not working.The experience to which I refer has been ongoing through the entire month of February. Frames finally became available and new glasses rec'd 3/16. As in the past, product is well-made and totally satisfactory at a great price
