I went to my Ophthalmologist and got my rx, then immediately I ordered my glasses with the rx, however, after PG made and sent to specifics they did not fit. So I went back to my clinic and got the rx redone, I reached out to PG giving my concern and what can be done. Their customer service were so accommodating and asked me to return my frames and here I am with new rx glass which I like and touting my expereince with PG as exceptional.

This was the first time I knew I could get my progressives with a larger close up range. When I got them, for the first time in a couple years, I didn't have to take my glasses off to read up close. I have not seen this option anywhere else and I love it. The glasses came quickly and fit well.

Hooray! I received my sun glasses and they are spectacular, well worth the frustration and wait! The experience is not over yet. I ordered size Medium frame, this was not stated in the summary of the order. Hope I get what I truly ordered. Frame options were quite limited, spotted a frame 2 months ago that was unavailable after 2 weeks. Activating the gift card that I received was a real deal breaker. No instructions or guides on how to use the GC, called the # on the back of the card and that rep had to call an IT employee to activate the card. Too much time wasted for a $50 gift card. Will be sure to notify the organization that distributed these gift cards, they probably had no clue of the inconvenience of a free card that they offered as incentives.
