Temple pieces are too short to fit my head, so glasses tend to fall off. I asked support for longer temple pieces and was told to order a new pair with longer pieces. The website does not really have pairs with longer pieces. Only one pair in stock; it is 3mm longer ...that is not significant. Customer support stopped responding after their first reply. Their motto seems to be Their Way or the Highway.

Hideously rude customer service! They send you glasses you cannot see out of and then charge you to return them because you did not buy their UPSELL warranty at check out to cover their poor workmanship. AVOID this company at all costs! You will not save any money!! Even worse, they refuse to accept any accountability for their lack of integrity and rude customer service! Bottom line, to date I have received NOTHING except poor treatment and a loss of $60.

I think the design for the no line trifocal is very bad, the viewing area is so small on all three sights that it is bad. even when i ordered the beginner's progressive.

They filled with the wrong prescription and I can’t get the issue corrected. I keep getting one question at a time with no resolution. 11 emails later and we still don’t have the issue with any resolution.

The frames would fit a LARGE man, they fall off. I am 120 lb woman. Also lenses are thick and heavy. I looked it up ahead of time as I need a + 7 reader and didn't want a thick lense. Very disappointed as reviews were so good. Can't return as I opted out on the $12.99 warranty for returning them. So $ 36.00 wasted. They automatically changed me for a deluxe coating and warranty I didn't ask for and Customer service did refund that from my ticket. So 1 star for customer service.
