I always have great experiences with good prices and quick delivery. I just wish your selection of black thick framed glasses was better. You have so many out of stock or retired that I loved.

It would be 5 stars, but a couple features of the website didn't work; I wasn't able to virtually try on the glasses I picked because it wasn't available, but even on the couple others I looked at, where it was available, all I got was a black page. That could have been my browser and/or computer, but it was a little disappointing, regardless. Also, the checkout process wasn't as intuitive as it should've been. Those two, quite minor, issues aside, and this shopping experience has been amazing! Great selection of glasses, and the fact that I ordered a pair of prescription glasses, with blue light filtering, anti-smudge, and transition lenses for under $110, without using insurance, AND was able to pay with my HSA was absolutely brilliant!

Everything was pretty easy. It would have been nice if you could save your glasses settings after you put a pair into the cart and went back to shopping I had to plug all that stuff back into it.

Pleasingly surprised that I liked my glasses. The price is good for this economy. So, today I ordered the same pair in a different color.

Confusing at times.

what I didn't like was being made to think that I was going to get the frames free by giving my email address. when I did it was only a few frames that I did not want.

Your frame selections are very good! Only thing that would have made it better for me would have been a clearer way to understand progressive lens selection to match your advertised price. The customer representative helped with sorting out to the the lowest price. This is the first time I've ordered glasses so I thought I'd try a cheaper lens first.
