Where is the information for returning glasses? Your return policy sounds good but I can find no specifics of what to do or how to make a return. I love the frames, the distance prescription is good but the bifocals are terrible. I've searched your help email address and any other possible Payne addresses that I can find...help...help...help!

I order frame to have a back up and the magnets for the sunshades are always opposite so I can reuse them which leaves me disappointed there should be better qa on this

Second time I voted glasses from you and they never quite are right when it comes to progressives. I bought from other online companies and typically I don’t have that problems so somethings going on at your Chinese lab.

First time order from Payne and the last. Ordered prescription sunglasses and got bog standard off the shelf cheapo thin lenses. Directly compared to another (meant to be same) subscription I have from Spec Savers, the Payne ones are fuzzy and exactly like standard sunglasses. The solution was for me to send them Australia to the US at my expense. I'll put it down to a bad experience.

The quality of the lens aren't the best, very easily scratched.

They will remove items saved on your wishlist. It's annoying and not worth creating an account. They will spam the hell out of your email with "deals". You may even get duplicate emails but in different inboxes. Cheap glasses, but not worth the headache. Just to add: I was so pissed off, I created an account here just to put this review.

I commented on their social media that i would like to see a review from a regular person and not an influencer or content creator and they had the comment flagged and removed as "spam" almost instantly. If they'll do that to something that wasn't even negative comment, I can only imagine what they do with negative reviews from real people. Any company THAT afraid of negative feedback has a product that they can't stand behind. That alone is enough for me to never give them my business.

Personally, I was just disappointed with how the frame looked in person compared to online. I ordered the Salvatore browline in gray. They looked like a nice, light gray online, but were are practically black when I received them. Just going to take the loss and trash them, not really worth the effort of returning them for a partial refund.
