Horrible Customer Service. USPS lost my Package, I know it wasnt payless cigars and pipes fault but when I contacted them I was basically told "Tough, You deal with it." They dont insure ANY of their packages and if the package is damaged or lost your out the money.

I tried sending a pack of cigarillos to my 21 year old cousin, but Payless wouldn't fulfill the order. They said the public record system they used could not find him as being over 21, even though he was. I am unsure what system they use, but if they rely on it for purchase verifications, it should really be kept up to date. Canceled the order, will not be returning.
