Payless Cigars/PipesReviews of paylesscigarsandpipes.com

3 multi box orders for a HTF Fuente and all shipped next day. Very good prices and rapid shipping!

Horrible Customer Service. USPS lost my Package, I know it wasnt payless cigars and pipes fault but when I contacted them I was basically told "Tough, You deal with it." They dont insure ANY of their packages and if the package is damaged or lost your out the money.

terrible experience. never received order or refund. do not order from here

Questionable business practices due to disingenuous advertising.

I order my cigars from Payless all the time , they always have my smokes in stock and they always have the best price

I tried sending a pack of cigarillos to my 21 year old cousin, but Payless wouldn't fulfill the order. They said the public record system they used could not find him as being over 21, even though he was. I am unsure what system they use, but if they rely on it for purchase verifications, it should really be kept up to date. Canceled the order, will not be returning.

David at Payless Cigars/Pipes is awesome!!! He was extremely helpful and very patient with all my questions and emails. He made choosing a pipe tobacco and buying it an enjoyable experience. Thank you David for all the help!! I will DEFINITELY be buying from them again!!!
