To the next employer who installs this platform of paycom for their employees this app sucks you waste more time trying to a lot transfer job to job then actually getting the job done this app is a joke stay where you're at not worth the money I work for a local Denver company this app is no good paycom you suck.

The software is great. The reporting is fantastic and it is an easy to use platform. It is rather pricey, but you are paying for what you get. Ease of use and data at your fingertips. The app and self service platforms are top of the line and employees are able to utilize with very few questions.

Paycom as a platform is very intuitive to use. This ease of use equates to a better learning curve for the product. The employees are digitally handheld through the process, allowing our management team more time to focus on operations, finances, and development.

The implementation specialist was a huge factor in this change over from one payroll system to another being successful

The Paycom specialist was very knowledgeable. She provided direction that gives us more reporting and management solutions to better serve our shareholders and employees. We enjoyed the personal and professional direction of our dedicated Paycom team.

Paycom was able to take our antiqued payroll systems and upgrade them to benefit both the company and our employees. Our TSR with there to help us every step of the way to ensure a smooth transition for everyone.

The implementation went really smoothly! I enjoyed working with Paige, Brad, Kim and Anthony! They were very knowledgeable and know the software well. I gave it 4 stars because I didn't like they were pushing the check approval on us, I know the pros/cons of using it/not using it. Only need to hear it once, not each time we talked. It is not a requirement to use as a Paycom customer, so I could have done without the multiple conversations.
