Paycom’s customer service is awful. The person is so tone-deaf. She offered 0 help and failed to answer the question, only knew how to repeat whatever her script is. I would not recommend using their service.

I am sorry but this Payroll company is by far the worst ever. I thought they were new and cutting edge being on shark tank WRONG! We get so much wrong info , They have one name of our rep then to be told its not our rep the one we had was terminated and then to be told the department we need to speak to has no phone. I mean go with a longer running payroll company this one is a joke.

Horrible company. It took us 6 months to get converted to their crap software. They can maybe handle a simple payroll of 3 people with no job costing. Run as fast as you can from this company. A wanna be player in payroll field with no clue! I have over 25 years with many different platforms, this is the worst ever. Zero stars!

Absolute WORST company, customer service, sytem I have ever used. I do NOT recommend if you are considering. The people are incompetent, and have attitudes. Oh and as soon as your compay tells them they are leaving to go with another company they completely cut you off and refuse to give you info you need even though you are pay THOUSANDS per month. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Anyone that gives Paycom a rating higher than 1 star must work for them.

Worse payroll company i believe they are scam artists how the he'll do they get to choose when my payroll check gets deposited my company uses tjem and they have everybody pissed off usly we get are check every outher Thursday so this morning 09/21/23 nobody got paid like normal then come find out that paycom changes money around so nobody is paid to fryday like u do not have that right we have bills and family to support do your job right pay people like your job is supposed to stop holding people's money😤

Paycom's Tax team is abismal. We have paid TX SUTA three times now with no response from Paycom on how this keeps occuring. Everybody has met the limit. The response we get from our rep is we, the company, need to go back to the state of Texas to collect the overpayment, when we know they have not even filed the recent quarterly filing. We recieved a notice from Alabama that they have not recieved the 1st Quarter filing either. We can't even go above our rep to be helped by a more experienced manager. This is absolutly aweful.

As an employee/manager at a senior living, I do not like using Paycom. If your company admins do not respond to questions, you are left in the dark. It's designed to be a personal responsibility type system for employee users which leads to company admins being more hands off which in turn creates frustration for employee users.
