We use Paycom for all sorts of things including Payroll, new hire onboarding, talent acquisition and benefits enrollment. Sometimes the response is slow or there is confusion on how to use a feature but the specialists are great at figuring things out with me. Someone is always available to help answer questions.

Overall Paycom has been a good platform for us; service has definitely improved as well.

Paycom is usually responsive to requests.

Nothing is perfect but Paycom makes things a lot easier and more streamlined. My Paycom Rep is Angelica Rodriguez, and she is a very professional and polite young lady. She has a calming demeanor and is very knowledgeable in her actions. She is a Godsend! She is patient and always returns your call, even if just a quick email to say when she can help. If Angelica does not know the answer, she leans on her team to get the correct answers needed for the client.

The accessibility of the app allows for ease of navigating all my paycom resources.

Implementation was probably the smoothest transition. We had two amazing people who were the glue to helping us. Audrey and Kyle another shout out for your excellent customer service and proactiveness. After implementation it hasn't been great but we are hoping things can perk up. We had our implementation specialist for about 3 months but honestly it could be longer. Maybe have an implementation specialist part of the long term care specialist to help. They just have way more knowledge with the system then long term care. Also past people like sales and the introduction to Paycom training never responded back to any concerns we had to help us and guide us to someone who could. That was disappointing. We hope to continue to learn about Paycom's system and use it to the fullest capability.

Since we switched to Paycom, our Company's focus has been teaching our employees how simple the Paycom application is. We strive to be transparent in our processes and give employees visibility to their employment information.

Our TSR has been wonderful to work with. Every step of the way he was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. I knew I could reach him at any time (day or night) and he would be available to assist. Implementing a new HRIS system is obviously a huge task and I contribute all our success to our rep Kurt! Of course, with any implementation, there were bumps along the way and issues. But I always knew we would work as a team to get those issues figured out. Working in the Paycom system has been smooth and easy to learn and I enjoy the employee self-service interface. Our managers have had positive things to say and are all excited about the changes we have been able to make to our organization due to Paycom being implemented.
