We recently signed up with Paycom and I have loved everything about it so far. Our onboarding went super smooth and they were able to help me modify a couple of things to help with our company needs.

As a manager Paycom has made everything simple for my employees. The app is user friendly. They can submit their vacation requests and I can easily approve/deny. Pay check stub info and W2 is easily accessible and paperless. Company documents are signed electronically and stored in one section. I have all levels of employees and everyone can easily use Paycom. I answer less questions and I don't have issues arise that takes my focus away from my job. We implemented Paycom years ago and it works without issues. Using cheaper software is not without headaches. I would recommend Paycom.

We're a fast growing company that needs to be nimble in every aspect of the business to scale with demand. Leveraging Paycom's app, we're able to onboard new hires easier and quicker to get them pushed into the fire fight and delivering solutions for our customers. Paycom as a great product with fantastic support.

We recently used Paycom Learning to create, administer, and manage a department-wide training for employees. The easy-to-use interface and comprehensive functionality allowed us to customize the content to our preferences. Additionally, employees were able to easily navigate the course due to their familiarity with the Paycom ESS platform, as they use it regularly to manage other HR-related tasks.

Paycom is great for overall employee experience. Because their products are all built in house by Paycom and connected to each other, we have eliminated the need for multiple profiles and logins for employees. The ability to move their information effortlessly throughout the system has also helped keep our data accurate as it eliminates manual entry.

After my experience of implementing and using Paycom, it is by far THE SOFTWARE that I compare all others to. They have set the bar for me in both product functionality and customer service/support. They are dedicated to continuously improve and grow in the industry. They stay current on new laws and regulations affecting payroll processing and human resources management and work to provide a positive and easy experience for employees to access their information through a mobile app or website. Paycom is committed to a stellar level of security, excellent and prompt customer support, and progressive improvements/upgrades.

Paycom is a great company and goes out of the way to provide an excellent experience to clients.

My interactions with Paycom have come both serving them as a client while also utilizing their payroll software in our workplace. From the software side, I have never had any issues and love the simplicity it gives both the employees and employers. What I appreciate the most though is the quality of people we interact with when doing business with their team. It's obvious their staff is passionate, skilled and cares about their customers and their employees.
