The program is very intuitive. Customer Support Team just needs to be more educated in HR and Payroll practices and laws - not just the basics, but practical experience.

I find the report creator clunky and difficult to navigate. Even your Paycom reps appear to have difficulty accessing the correct fields to generate reports.

The software itself makes our human resources and payroll processes much more simplified and efficient. Service is extraordinary! I almost never have to wait to hear back from anyone when I reach out. I would love to see ATS simplified and more streamlined, we tried to implement it but it doesn't work for our leaders the way we would like it to.
