Img if I could give negative stars I would!!! Just went to work for a company in Texas that uses this POS company. I can’t fill out my tax info since it still shows a company in Georgia tied to me that uses this garbage company. 3 days now and they still can’t fix it!!!! I can’t add my tax deductions because it wants me to fill out the deductions for freaking Georgia!!!! IM NOT IN GEORGIA!?!? Omg fix your freaking software or train your damn people!!!!

Not so user friendly

Terrible. This app looks and is genuinely worse than ADP. My phone got water damage and doesn’t have cell service so I can’t get their stupid verification setup AT EVERY POINT OF TRYING ANYTHING. Can’t change my BANK, can’t ANY of my information, EFF you Paycom!!!

The app is pure garbage. Somehow they were able to make logging in even worse than paylocity and paylocity was probably the worst app I've ever used. Do HR companies have monkeys writting code or something?

This company is rock bottom! It's always like pulling teeth trying to get an employee account established, and then it's impossible to get back into it. There's ZERO customer support if you're not a client. The most damnable and frustrating thing I've ever dealt with! I wish it would burn down to the ground and stop spreading around misery.

THEY JUST CAME ON BOARD WITH ARC WHERE I WORK AND ALREADY OUR TIMECARDS ARE "SCREWED UP" AND ONE WEEK LATE. NOT A GOOD START IF YOU ASK ME....

If i could give this company a negative number for a review, i would. The interface is confusing, cumbersome, and slow to respond. If you have an issue to solve the online help is pretty weak and it is very difficult in not impossible to find a solution to your specific problem. When you call the help number they support people are always busy and the system asks you to leave a message and "They will call you back", but they never do. You have to continually call in hopes of getting someone to help you that is not already busy. I assume all the "support help" team members are always busy because they are helping people fix or navigate the interface. Paycom may be lower cost than some payroll services, but the extra time and effort you spend troubleshooting your payroll will far exceed any savings. Don't walk, RUN away from this company.
