Paycom has a very polished implementation process. Their teams are well trained and knowledgeable. They are also very thorough and will ensure all the required work is done. This service extends into the ongoing support for users. The Help Desk is also staffed with knowledgeable team members and I have rarely had to wait for help or not get a good answer to one of my questions.

I just started with Paycom, I like the confidence to use my fingerprint,and manage my time, Just one question,how long for your payment go to your direct deposit,for your bank account? If,I need emergency money,before the 2 weeks payment day,can I ask?

We made the decision to start using Paycom this year with our first payroll in July. It has been a wonderful transition! It used to take a few days to manually calculate timesheets and process payroll but now the process is so much faster and more efficient! Yes, there is a learning curve for everyone, however, our implementation team has been great and are quick to respond and help. I would not want to go back to the way we were doing payroll. Our employees love being able to see their paycheck before payday--it makes them feel more in control. I would recommend this payroll system!
