Zack Castillo contacted me & stopped by to introduce himself as our new Client Relations Representative. His fun, outgoing personality made it easy to talk to him. He expressed interest in AST as a client and things that Paycom could improve, as well as on a personal level talking about OKC Thunder and other sports. It had been some time since someone from Paycom had stopped by, so it was nice to see a representative in person again.

Paycom is really great at simplifying the HR experience. As with any implementation, there will be hiccups, but this has been one of the best implementations that I've experienced. The team has been great to work with and responsive as a whole.

I have used a lot of different HRIS systems over 23 years in HR. Paycom is by far has the most comprehensive suite of options that is easy to use for end users and administrators. Their support is top notch in the industry, from helping you with setup and implementation to troubleshooting issues. Paycom has dedicated staff for you to reach out to at any time that are knowledgeable and work towards resolutions.

I was give clear instructions about how to use the new software updates. I appreciated having multiple ways to learn the new material. I received 1:1 instructional calls, handouts, and videos to reference as I navigated a new system. The team was knowledgeable about the product and clear about what to expect from the update. All of my questions were answered and I felt comfortable using a tool I had not used before.

Paycom has a wonderful Team of Support and goes the extra mile to find solutions to everyday payroll challenges. There are so many options within the program that it is hard to keep up with what is available to use. Paycom dedicates a Client Specialist to your account that meets with you in person to discover all the advantages Paycom has to offer and makes sure you are utilizing the platform to it's fullest potential. This goes above and beyond the client support I have received from our previous payroll company. It seems Paycom is always looking at how they can innovate their software to work at its most efficient level for the users, both employer and employees. We are going into our second year with Paycom and I am excited to see what innovative plans are to come.
