Whatever I have needed during the course of getting set up have always been met by my reps.

Paycom helps us to easily transition our payroll to them from a competitor. They offered excellent customer service with knowledgeable employees. Rob and Jordan always responded promptly and were there for use through our first payroll and still helping when we have questions. One of the best parts of Paycom is they provide a dedicated rep for our company no matter how large or small where our last company did not. Thank you

We have used Paycom for 4 years and this system has revolutionized our payroll processing. Not only did they provide a simple framework for us to adopt as we transitioned to a new organizational structure, it was also easy to implement and saves us time (which we all know is money) so we can focus on doing what we do best – caring for people in our community.

We have had a great experience with paycom because we were able to eliminate several platforms that we were using into one. We had one for recruitment, another one for payroll and yet another one to keep tract of performance evaluations and other personnel changes. The independence provided to employees has been phenomenal. they have the independence to make changes, request time off, and overall have the independence that places them in control of their own information.

We began using Paycom a few years ago and we did everything in house. The app has made everything simpler and much more efficient.

i started using paycom years ago when my previous payroll company continued to raise their rates and reduce their service. not only is it great using a local company, but the software is incredibly easy to use and the live support is always friendly and knowledgeable. i highly recommend paycom!

I switched to Paycom from a PEO simply because we needed a platform that allowed up to scale quickly/easily and to reduce costs. I also wanted a system that was mobile-friendly as we have a fairly young workforce that's always on the go. I knew what our needs were so once I demo'd Paycom it was clear with would meet expectations. To my surprise, Paycom exceeded our expectations. As an HR team of 1, I was not looking forward to implementation at all. It's often a time suck, tedious, and overwhelming. Luckily for me, Dan Ward was my TSR and really made the implementation smooth. Dan is knowledgeable, kind, and organized (VERY ORGANIZED). I have ADD and often get off track. but Dan always wheeled me back in. I also worked with Kensi and Kaitlynn who made the transition smooth from a benefit and tech perspective. I don't want to make it sound like it was all peaches and creme because we definitely hit some snags along the way and faced challenges. The good part was it always felt like the team was working overtime to make things right. I'm sure Dan, Kensi, and Kaitlynn had many clients, but I always felt like their only one. I told them my goal was to get payroll right on the very first run and we did just that. I'd like to mention you truly get out what you put in. You HAVE TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Your TSR will train you and assign training to you. Do the training, take notes, and ask questions. The ownest is on you to be the subject matter expert for your organization, not your TSR. Your employees will look to you for answers and solutions. If you do the work, you will be prepared.

Perry Watson was absolutely amazing in our transition to the Paycom system. He was helpful, available for questions and clear in his explanations. He made the overall experience so positive.
