Paycom is an extraordinary Company, that values not only their product but their customers. They listen, which is hard to find within any company. They hire the best employees, and it shows with their product and customer service/experience. Paycom's Software is above the rest. Ease of use, but most of all the convenience for the employee. I am able to pull up so much information at anytime and anywhere.

It is easy to process payroll and what use to take 2 to 3 days now only takes a couple of hours. Our employees love to have the opportunity to approve their time and checks each pay period.
