They are extremely expensive, and not meant for a small business. I asked for a one year contract and was locked into a three-year contract. At the time of canceling, they would not let me know what my fees would be until after I canceled. It was $10,000. I don’t even make that much in my business a month. Every time I try to call my specialized rep, they never answer and I always get an assistant who has no idea what’s going on. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Claimed they had filed tax papers when they had compant paying for services that were not even working at all - They are Rip Off Artist - RUN !

Worst payroll company in 40 years no help. Can’t contact them they are horrible

In June, my company decided to leave ADP and conduct business with Paycom. From the beginning, there have been nothing but issues. Not only had Paycom made an error in entering my tax filing status, but to date, they have yet to correct thier ERROR. I am not the only employee struggling with Paycom. There are several other employees who have yet to be paid correctly and several others whose benefit deductions have been mishandled. PAYCOM has clearly demonstrated that they are unable to manage workplaces with various pay scales, multi tier benefit structures and complex scheduling variations. They have very poor customer service and do not respond to employee issues in a timely manner. Just terrible!!!

There is better and timely communication when Paycom wants to make a sale and they are getting a contract signed. As soon as first payroll is complete all bets off and they are on to their next client and the system is not fully operational and there is not walk through. $4k for implementation and it is difficult to get in contact or a get follow up.

Worst pay app ever. Don't waste your time with this app the only high reviews are from people who probably work there or do something it's a joke. They don't have no actual person you can physically talk to nothing works it's a joke

I got a proposal from Paycom for 8 employees and total upfront investment was about $2500 dollars to start. Their system seemed to be user friendly and helpful but the cost just to get started was way to high for small businesses. They should focus on Medium to Large companies if they are going to charge so much up front.

This company is HORRIBLE! First, they charge you a ridiculous amount for their service. I had TWO FT and ONE PT employees and was paying around $700/pay. I think it was $700, but their reports are so messed up that you really have no idea what is their fee versus taxes versus actual payroll. One of our employees quit and doing their final check was a nightmare! I talked to one rep who walked me through it, but when it came time for payroll and to finalize it, I realized that the amount they were paying the employee was off. I was the one who had to figure out how to do it. My rep was worthless! Not only would she have paid the employee more than what they should have received, but also still had them in the system for the following pay period. It took three pay periods to get them out. I can't imagine the issues a big company would face with a high turnover rate. I understand how companies continue to pay terminated employees - PAYCOM! When we terminated, they failed to pay our quarterly taxes then sent me a letter with a check dated the last day of the quarter. How the hell am I supposed to pay the taxes on time when the check/letter are dated on the due date AND I don't receive it until 10 days into April. Thankfully, I have a really great company now that is cleaning up THEIR mess. Now they are trying to charge me $108 for some termination fee that we do NOT owe. But I will pay it so they can burn in payroll hell. I have never hated a company this bad. Edit after Paycom response - No thank you, Paycom! My "dedicated specialist" was nice, but not the brightest. I had to correct her errors on more than one occasion AND I got a nastygram from your legal dept for the $108. I'll pay that crap AFTER I fixed YOUR tax screw up. The sooner I put you in my rearview mirror, the better. I just hope others learn from my mistake and go with someone else!
