Our experience with Paycom has been exceptional! Rachel and her team communicate frequently, address our needs in a timely manner, and have taken the initiative to provide solutions to both current and potential growing pains/opportunities for our business. They are efficient in making requested changes/updates and always friendly and knowledgeable.

My implementation process was definitely challenging as we had many modules to set up. However, my PAYCOM team was there every step of the way! Answered every question, provided training, and even came onsite to make some processes even easier. The system is user friendly and the work flow process was very well thought of in the creation of this platform. I'm excited to be a PAYCOM Client, and you will be as well!

Product is great and our TSRs are phenomenal!

From our first meeting with our sales rep, to our "perfect first payroll", the Paycom team was extremely mindful and made sure we had everything we needed every step of the way. Our implementation specialists are now like family!

Our implementation team was top notch! Not only did they have a tremendous understanding of their product, but they also understood the world of HR and how to use the system to provide more automation to many of our processes.

The onboarding team was easy to work with, was available when we needed and was able to handle the complexity of our organizations. The onboarding team stays with you for several payrolls and continues to work with you and train you and your team on all aspects of the product.

The sales and implementation team were outstanding - they truly made this a successful, pleasant experience. Implementations are not easy nor enjoyable, but somehow, they made it both! It set the tone for our anticipated long relationship with Paycom for years to come.

I believe that the experience of prior implementations has really helped the staff there to work efficiently and knowledgeably, which has been very helpful!
