My implementation specialists, Cassie and Ry, were very kind, helpful, and patient throughout the process. The process was simplified by the templates and questionnaires they provided to gather required info and data. We wanted to begin 2024 on Paycom and we were able to make it happen with Cassie and Ry.

As we were comparing various payroll / HR companies to convert to, we were pleasantly surprised at all of the offerings Paycom has. And, Brandon Abate, our personal rep has been nothing short of amazing. He has helped us implement and been with us every step of the way. And answered a lot of questions we had. As a non profit, he went above and beyond. As did ALL of the Paycom team thus far! Cannot say enough thank yous for their help!

Working with Hunter and Kathrine! They were patient with my questions and helped me navigate the website and find the information I needed. Multiple times with the same question.

The implantation team was AWESOME! Very helpful and knowledgeable. The schedule that we all came to agreement on was very nice as well. We knew exactly what we were going to be working on and the deadlines we had. Even before that the Sales Team was great. Very helpful with all our questions, and made sure we knew how the system worked before we committed.

Makes clocking in a breeze, there is no waiting in line to clock in or out. I like the feature that if I miss a punch, it is easy to fix. I also like the ability to see PTO anytime I wish.

Couldn't be happier with our transition from Paychex to Paycom. Everything was so easy thanks to our onboarding team, Haley B. & Peyton K! Our staff is really happy with all the features included in the new system, and we are saving money.

The communication, attention, and quality of work Paycom has done with us has exceeded our expectations. They have gone above and beyond to solve any issues that we gave had.
