I really like the updates, especially the FMLA, as we are currently implementing that feature. The customer service representative who has been assigned to us is amazing and very knowledgeable about the HRIS platform.

I love being able to request my time off anytime I want/need to. Having that visibility and freedom makes me feel content. I’ve used a similar platform and Paycom has been the easiest one to use (much less confusing).

Our experience with Paycom has been great. The mobile app is extremely easy to use. The user interface is very intuitive. Onboarding, requesting time off, viewing payroll, and more just from the app on your phone!

Very patient and helpful. Great customer service. Hands down one of the easiest companies to work with. I highly recommend them based on the their tech and customer service. Paycom is easy to use and we should have upgraded earlier. This has truly made our jobs easier.

SPIN ID-IMPLEMENTATION I have had the opportunity to work with Paycom Software for the past 2 years. It didn't start out great but with my new Dedicated Specialist- Samai Guzman, things have greatly improved. We recently went through a SPIN implementation, and it was seamless and smooth. We had an amazing team who supported us through the entire process. I have had the opportunity to work with Paycom Software now for over 5 years. It has greatly simplified the Payroll and HR processes at my company; what was once complex and confusing is now a seamless part of our company.
