ALL EMPLOYEES REALLY TRY AND UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEM TO HELP I would like to make a suggestion. Because the system is so robust it might be best to split the customer service teams up by department ie payroll, human resources, applicant tracking, ect. If I could call in and get an expert on one module to help me I think your customer service team could be a lot more knowledgeable in a shorter amount of time. I have been with paycom for 7 plus years and I still can not navigate a lot of the system due to the multiple steps it takes to complete a set up. Especially if I need to change my G/L and assign new positions. I do love the system and would never change. The only challenge is getting someone in customer service to understand all the steps to set up new accounts and or positions and tie all of the income codes to the position to represent the correct account numbers.
