On the whole the system works well and the development of new tools seems to make processes easier. Sometimes it's hard to find the information you need in the help guides and there are always things that you feel could work better for your own company. On the whole it is a great system.

Paycom's support staff are terrific. They always have a quick answer to my questions. The website's new interface is less than perfect. Half the reason I need answers from a live person is because I can't find what I need in Paycom's help section. If the help section is AI based, then maybe you should find a better AI. Last week I needed to find an IRS 941 form and the help section just kept saying 'Go the report center to generate a pre-made report'. That didn't help. Overall, I like Paycom

Paycom has really impressed me with their level of customer service recently. The team that we work with are amazing and has done so much to help us update our system. Your employees are what makes Paycom great!

We were able to figure out the inconsistencies within our system to make it look more aligned and uniformed. Helped with tips on how to make some processes easier and look at tools that we did not know we had available.

From the financial side of things, Paycom is pretty easy to work with. There are reports for almost anything you could imagine (and probably some that you haven't even thought of!). And the ability to export a report in a format that can be transferred to our financial software is definitely a plus!

Paycom has its quirks and there are a lot of things that could be improved. I hate the new update. It’s a good idea, but needs more customization. There’s lots of redundancy in the program and that makes it more complicated than it should be. Support is strong though and if I need help, I usually get it right away.

Our current specialist is great and is proficient with Paycom. I only gave 4 stars because we have been with Paycom for several years, and some of the setup seems outdated and clumsy to use now. I wish there is additional support for customers to update their setup to take adventage of the new platform and additional add-on services.

The EES is pretty user friendly & there have been no complaints from staff using the mobile app.
