Terrible service... Quick to respond but never quick to resolve... After many attempts of transferring, disconnecting calls, resolution sometimes happens. However, when they transpose numbers and make a mistake i am told I am the one who has to make the contacts to fix... WORTHLESS

They were hands down the worst payroll provider we've ever used. Frequent mistakes were made, customer service was terrible, and necessary compliance reports were not filed.

I would not recommend Paycom to any business. They are dishonest and bait and switch agreement items in order to try to upcharge clients. We had the general ledger concierge included in our agreement and we are 7 payrolls into the live environment with Paycom and they have yet to supply a correct interface that we don't have to manipulate. Now they are telling us that we need further custom work and we need to sign an agreement that includes more fees and they refuse to do this with an agreement that states $0 cost, even though this service was included in the original agreement. Our set up was a disaster and we have yet to have a payroll cycle without set up corrections needed for items that have been discussed over and over. It sometimes takes weeks for them to answer simple questions for us. We regret moving to Paycom. Don't do it. Paycom is unreliable and not a good business partner.

My company transitioned payroll to Paycom last year. When my 1099 contractors didn’t get their end of year paperwork I tried to login to the client portal to find I was locked out. Days latter I was informed my company account was closed out due to “not enough payroll”. There was no warning, no explanation, and no refund of money and time spent to transfer. I reached out via phone and email numerous times and have not received a response. The level of customer service is beyond reprehensible. I will also be filing complaints with the better business bureau and any other organization I can to get the word out. It’s hard to believe Paycom is still in business. I highly recommend going with another more reputable company who values its clients. If I could give less than 1 star I would!

This company is basically fraud based. Do NOT do business with them. They take your money and when you decide it's not a good fit. They will not refund you your initial payment like they said they would.

Paycom is a terrible payroll service. Constant mistakes, no accountability, revolving account reps. We've been working with them for 2+ years and are ending our relationship. Avoid the mistake we made.

My company is a new client to Paycom and I must admit, the team agrees that we were duped. Paycom sold us on all of its great features, excellent service being one of them. To tell you the truth, since we have been a customer they have provided the worst customer service and support we’ve ever experienced with a payroll company. There is no sense of urgency, no admission of fault, and our dedicated specialist is almost never available. Since Paycom, HR and payroll have had to do three times the amount of work they should be doing. It’s quite ridiculous. There were plenty of cons with our old payroll company and I wish we could go back. We were truly looking forward to switching to Paycom, and deep down I hope they prove me wrong. However, we started the onboarding process in October to start Jan 1. The setup was not completed on time and was two weeks late. Still today, I keep finding mistakes that their setup team did. I almost canceled the service at least twice, but from the reviews, at the time I signed up I thought maybe things would turn around. However, after looking at current reviews in the last 60 days, I'm wondering what I got myself into. They overcharge on the setup fee, we paid $600 and it's been a nightmare. At the rate, we are going and I have to keep correcting them, they should be paying me. They keep trying to get us to upgrade more and more, and at $143/base rate and $6.93 an employee I expected everything to be included! Their prices are not transparent and you have no clue what costs what. I had to request a supervisor multiple times, which has been useless. At this rate, we will not be customers when quarter 1 is over.
