we are a very active forwarder customs…
we are a very active forwarder customs broker agent and mostly deal with US funds but we needed to get assistance in our Canadian fund business, RUDY BARRO was the agent with Paycargo that assisted us to familiarize ourselves with our Canadian platform and escalated a request for a limit increase in our Canadian fund operation, Professional, Courteous and effective.

I just got off the phone with Juan B, who assisted us with a refund with no hassles. i was sure i was going to call and be on the phone waiting for forever but no, someone answered right away. I had the pleasure of speaking with Juan B. My account was inactive due to internal issue and I was going back and forth with Paycargo for almost 3 weeks. Juan heard my frustration and helped me escalate this situation and it is now active! I appreciate the effort and attention he had provided with this service.
