The service I received from Vanessa B was fantastic. I needed to get a refund from a vendor that didn't have automatic refunds and she spent all day working with us to get them set up. Customer care and service is very important to me. Over the years it seems like it has become a lost art. However, when you experience great customer care and service that I experienced with Laura, I must say something. Customer care starts with listening to concerns of the customer and seeking to understand the need. With knowledge and being patient you help the customer find a solution to the problem. Laura listened to my need to make payment and guided me through the process making sure all was done correctly. She could have stopped before I finished but she stayed with me. I am so pleased with Laura's customer care and service if I am in need or know anyone who needs to pay for cargo freight I would recommend no other company by PayCargo because of Laura.
