Solved my issue super quickly and easily

Silvana has awesome customer service skills. She was very patient with me since this was my first encounter with PayCargo, she walked me right through how to do fill the form.

My normal employee who uses PayCargo was off unexpectedly today and I had the pleasure of trying to process payments myself. Needless to say I made many errors. Jessica H. at the customer experience team was a wonderful help and a simply lovely person with whom to do business. She helped me with all my mistakes and was professional and friendly. Very good experience!

Our customer asked if we accept credit card payments. I advised we do not but I have an alternative and I offered paycargo as an option. I called paycargo and spoke with Alessandro Garcia. He was attentive and offered a comprehensive email package that I may provide to our customers. That is customer service! Thank you Alessandro Garcia. :)
