I had an issue for a few days, and once i reached out via email within 5 minutes i had Vanessa calling me to help me resolve my issue.

There was some difficulty making the payment online but once I spoke with Vanessa, it was resolved very quickly and professionally.

Ana was able to quickly act and provided options on how to correct the issue. We don't need to make a refund as she was able to make immediate communication with the Airline Handling Agent and resolved the issue in less than an hour. Thank you so much Ana!
