Very expensive to make payments (3.5%+a $15 fixed fee). This is not the ideal solution to process payment. Even paypal costs less than this stupid solution. Not revolutionary at all from the customer's standpoint. I can hardly call it a tech startup.

you want me to pay for late fees when you never even contacted me to let me know I owe this money

one of my customers is using them to pay my company. they seem to be out of this world...put me through an 'interrogation' like i was a drug cartel laundering money. feel sorry for the guys that use their service to make payments...if they put me through this to receive money...wonder what the other party went through. i have spent less time and frustrated interaction with other institutions over 6 figure transactions then i have with these people for a few thousand dollars. Line of questioning and subjectively biased questions about my business history leaves me to believe that this is a radicalized, racially prejudiced establishment ....or they were the FBI investigating me for money laundering...!!!! :(

Good afternoon Dev, Thank you for calling in. As discussed, the Vendor Vetting process is put in place not only to protect your company but to protect our payers as well. It gives us the opportunity to learn about our vendors on a deeper level and allows us to confidently facilitate their payments through our system. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the length of our vetting process, but as we confirmed with you, your account is active after clearing our vetting process.

Shady company, received a $100 debit from my bank account out of the blue after using the company once 2 years ago for a one time payment for cargo. On the site said $15 one time payment fee , with no annual fee. They decided to sign me up for something without letting me know that gave me a $150 “credit”. Then debiting $250 out of my bank account for an annual fee. Will be filing a fraud charge with my bank as they refuse to refund the money. Scam

Thank you for the feedback. We completely understand their frustration, as their intention was not to maintain a payer account with PayCargo; however, we charged the annual user fee because their PayCargo account was active. We did not create a PayCargo account on behalf of the customer; it is against our policies. On our pricing page (https://paycargo.com/pricing/), customers can find the difference between a PayCargo account and Ship & Pay (one-time payment). We also inform customers of the annual user fee in our terms and conditions. We received a refund request via [email protected] on January 21, 2022. The request was escalated, and the refund was approved and processed on January 25, 2022. We also want to inform the customer that a notice was sent to all active users of a PayCargo account that the annual user fee is due. We depend on customers calling to deactivate the account prior to the debit for PayCargo to proceed to void the invoice due. We want to clarify that PayCargo does not collect credit card information. The annual user fee was debited from the bank account that the customer provided when opening a payer account in our system. If the customer has any questions, please contact a member of the operations management team at 1.888.250.7778.

Scammed out of $250 - this "annual fee" is written nowhere on the website. I never used the service once after signing up for it several months ago and was still charged this outrageous fee in a sneaky and underhanded way - I was not given 30 days notice as the website states of any upcoming charge. What a shady business.

We apologize if you were unclear about our annual fee with your PayCargo account. Our annual fee is not only listed on our Pricing Page visible to anyone who visits the website, it is also in our Terms and Conditions. We also sent an email 30 days in advance letting you know that of the upcoming charge. Please contact us if you would like to further rectify this.

This is a bad company and they charge your visa payment processing fee 3.5% and transaction fee $20 for each transaction . I do not understand why they can exist in business and are supported by some vendors which force us to have to deal with such a crappie company PayCargo. A very crazy situation 🙄

This company is slimy. They have a network of carriers who FORCE you to pay them using PayCargo. Once you are in the PayCargo System, Paycargo will begin charging you $50 to $250 per year for their "Annual user Fee." Even if you only use them once. What is the annual user fee, you might ask? Oh, It is the fee that you pay so that PayCargo can better service your account. Duh! This company is basically sending a bank ACH on your behalf (free, if you have a bank account), then charging you rates similar to if you factor invoices. If you are incompetent enough to use this service, you deserve to fail.
