The customer officer was really slow answering my questions on the chat. and his englush was not very good either.

Hm I find some fees expensive. I don't like to spend too much on additional costs.

Had to call 5 times to get my problem fixed.

One of my transfers to a Paxumbank account took longer than usual and I don't understand why, hope will never happen.

When I called for assistance, they just repeated the things they already have sent me in the email. But after a while I called back and got my problem resolved.

Other fees are ok, but I had to pay 85 dollars for a paper account statement via courier.

Easy to use app, I remember though that it crashed once, which delayed my payment.

Not very supportive customer service team, but otherwise I'm pleased.
